Notes
Particle Counter for clean room applications. Driver supports Modbus/TCP only. Default IP address of Aerotrak is 192.168.200.90. To set up Aerotrak, use TSI configuration software. Go to Tech Page, and make sure the Modbus Map Version is set to v15. Also set time and IP address.
