Shelly relay output

Notes

Control Shelly WiFi relay output devices.
Support monitoring of voltage/current/power for those devices that have built in power monitoring.

Requires a WiFi network connection (or wired Ethernet if using the Pro series) and mapping to same local subnet (/24) as the ezeio.

For devices with multiple channels (Shelly Pro 4PM for example), simply use multiple instances of this same driver.

** Require firmware 23090801 or newer **
