Notes

PT100 to Modbus/RTU transmitter board

Connect: 
ezeio D0 -> B-
ezeio D1 -> A+
ezeio GND -> GND
ezeio +V -> VIN

Probe connects with signal to P+, and the two loop wires to P-/GND

Default 9600bps, address 1

Write to register 2 to change address
Write to register 3 to change speed
3=9600, 4=19200
