Find the 2-argument arc-tangent

Description#

Float:fatan2( Float:x, Float:y )

Find the Euclidean plane for the point (x,y)

The return value is in radians.

Parameters#

Returns the arc-tangent in radians for the point (x,y)

   x = fatan2( 1, 1 );    // 0.785398...
